in defence of the hotel, they had some annoying nerd, comic con festival across the street. And a bunch of dance kids. They gave us the wrong room, elevator was broken. Fortunately got the right room. But it was right by the pool and the exit door, so you could just hear the door slamming every nine seconds.

Pool needs updating and that whole area needs some serious cleaning. Cloudy water and the floors around the pool were filthy. Everything else was great, we got upgraded due to issuesnwhen we first got here... the service was perfect. Food was really good

Great downtown location close to lots of food and beverage options. Overlooking the St John River. The Joyce Pub on site is great too. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The pictures are misleading. The rooms are not as nice or clean as they look in the photos. Still, overall, the hotel is kept relatively tidy despite its age. The pool area was large and lots of towels available! The restaurant is very good and I recommend getting the breakfast package! You’re charged for parking even with the large parking lot available (there is no free overnight parking nearby). The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The river and walking paths are right outside the back door which was really nice! We had an ok stay.
