Cool little hotel. The decor is a bit aged but honestly feels somewhat nostalgic. Very very clean. Beds are SUPER COMFY with luxury feeling bedding and for the price…well worth it. Will return again.

The hotel entrance is under construction. There is not good signage for anything. Check in employee was not very friendly. Bellman Derrick took good care of us upon arrival, was very helpful & gave us extra info about navigating to where we needed to be & made sure we understood how the floors were numbered. Appreciated the valet parking but it was very chaotic at arrival, very rushed be prepared to jump out of your car! Room was clean, nice layout, doors are very “thin” heard every conversation that passed by our door all night long.

Room was clean and well stocked. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The fact that it was attached to Mall of America was outstanding.

Hotel was good. Lobby was clean and beautiful, staff were friendly. Our room was very large, but the sofa bed was incredibly worn and uncomfortable for our son to attempt to sleep on. Room was clean, though it does show some wear/age in places and some spots seem to have been missed during the checkout cleaning process. Pool was small but nice and warm. Gym area was fantastic. We would stay again and the location was really convenient for our needs.

Excellent hotel with a lot of amenities in the surrounding areas, very clean and glamorous!
