This is definitely more of a vibes stay than a luxury stay. The hotel staff was amazing. The room floor was so unlevel our suitcase kept rolling into the walls. Our shower didn’t drain at all so showering was like a speed event to get done before it overflowed. The bed frame was definitely broken and we were kind of scared to move around too much for fear of it going to the floor in our sleep. There was so much dust/debris accumulated along the wall edges that we had to make sure we wore shoes anytime our feet were on the floor. The location was a plus, extremely close to everything but it almost wasn’t worth it for not being able to even enjoy being in our room.

Really close to French Quarter but away from the noisy part of it. Love the location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were big, and clean.

Had a great time! Location was great and with parking included. Would book again.

Take advantage of the outdoor saltwater pool! May Bailey’s is a fantastic place to get a drink, and the hotel is so central to everything!

The room, house and gardens were beautiful. The location is great to walk to music and restaurants. Communication from management was slow (no one is on site). There was a mixup with our access code and parking. We parked on the street and had no issues.

The property is in a great location and I've always felt safe when I stay here. The concierge greets me each time I come in. The fitness center is well equipped and never super busy so I can get a work out in. Every other time that I've stayed at this property, there has been bottled water in the room, but not this time. The door to my room was warped at the bottom, and although it did close and lock, there was space at the bottom. I also had difficulty connecting the tv for casting and finally gave up.
