Staff was almost non-existent. No reply to messages or calls directly to hotel. Hotel has Self check-in so didnโ€™t even talk to anyone on arrival. It has a simple continental buffet breakfast and bar/restaurant service was order at counter and clear your own table. Shuttle only runs periodically. Itโ€™s definitely a place for a decent night sleep for fly in and out service as the hotel rooms were small but new and clean.

Adequate hotel for an overnight stay before or after a flight. The free bus to the hotel was convenient. The room was clean. Early check-ins are allowed which is nice after an overnight flight. Breakfast was ok and it was quiet at night.

Room was very small, but we only stayed for one night on our way back from Frankfurt. The airport shuttle runs every hour from FRA unlike other hotels that run shuttles every 30 minutes. Our shuttle was late, came in after 1 hr. and 15 minutes of waiting, and it was completely packed. It is close to the airport, so it was convenient for an early morning flight, but we took the Uber since shuttle does starts after 5:30. Breakfast was just ok as compared to other hotels as described by others in our party as we left early. We tried their pizza at the bar dinner since there were not many dining options available around this hotel that were within walking distance.

This hotel is economical. So you get what you pay for. Rooms are small even for Europe standards. Breakfast are was full of flies both days we were there. While the shuttle picks you up in front of hotel, the drop off at the hotel is block away. So f you use the shuttles when you come from the airport to check in at hotel you will have to walk a block with suitcases and all.

Great hotel yo stay at. The rooms are great and beds very comfortable. No complaints with that. The only issue is the lobby and dining area is full of flies. Couldn't even have a peaceful breakfast without the flies trying to land on your plate. Let's even worse when you think that at the buffet their is nothing to scare them off. That was a huge no for me.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was easy to find and it was a short wait. Getting from the hotel back to the airport the next day was easy as well. We had tasty pizza in the dining area for dinner and didn't mind the lack of options; it kept it simple for them and for us. I liked the options available at breakfast; we had a good start to our day and enjoyed the coffee..

New ZLEEP hotel built in 2025 in a quiet commercial area 15 mins. from Frankfort Airport. (there is a group of 4 other hotels nearby) Free shuttle to/from airport every hour. Built with true German efficiency, rooms are small but comfortable, good bed and A/C, Elevators, Parking, good shower, the large windows open for fresh air. Breakfast for a $ fee, Bar open 24 hours, limited food - pizza only. HIGHLY recommended- good value.

This hotel was appalling for a new transit hotel. The hotel markets itself as being conveniently located โ€œdirectly next to Frankfurt International Airportโ€. This is not the case. It takes approximately 20mins by shuttle or 15mins by Uber. Upon arrival, a large crowd exited the airport shuttle bus and crowded the lobby with 2 check-in agents. I shortly after entered a very stuffy and warm room. After attempting to turn on the air conditioning, I enquired with the front desk only to be bluntly told that the air conditioning system for the entire hotel was not functioning and to open the window instead. Unfortunately the carpark below was quite loud with people talking and cars moving so to get sleep I had to keep the window closed and sweat all night. The advertised free airport shuttle operates off a published hourly timetable. I made my way to the front of the hotel and there were roughly 20 other guests waiting for the shuttle bus to arrive. Upon arrival, it was already completely full as (unbeknownst to us) the shuttle bus also services other hotels which it picks up from to Zleep. 2 guests managed to cram into the bus but everyone else was left stranded. The front deskโ€™s response was โ€œitโ€™s too badโ€ฆ we donโ€™t guarantee the shuttle to be availableโ€ (even though this hotel is clearly marketed as a transit hotel with free shuttle service). Unbelievable. To avoid missing my flight I had no choice but to take an Uber which cost over โ‚ฌ13. I donโ€™t recommend this hotel.
