Very nice and clean, like new, basic, need to bring your own shower cap, etc. 5 minute walk from airport shuttle stop to hotel. Only thing I did not like about the hotel is that it is cashless, completely.

What a great hotel , My wife and I travel all over the world and this is one of the best hotels for the price we have ever stayed in. The hotel design is amazing so well laid out . Great amenities , great food and great service. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. The Shuttle to the airport was great and only took a few minutes . I would highly recommend this hotel . If we could we would give it 6 stars. Would definitely stay here again .

The property is very convenient, close to the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant had a great breakfast, also a good menu. We will definitely stay here again. Visiting from Canada.

The hotel, room, staff was great. My complaint: the shuttle. It is NOT CLEARLY COMMUNICATED, verbally or with signage, that said Parkhaus is 500 meters away. Yes, the shuttle WILL drive right past you ( and the other guests) when you are 5 m away from the stop after you have decided that maybe we should head that way. 12 people stranded, waiting anadditional 30 minutes to get to airport. So, GO TO THE PARKHAUS. Early.

It has a very modern natural wood/metal decor that is quite pleasing. It is super clean and well maintained. You literally could walk to the airport if you wanted to. If you take the hotel provided free airport shuttle - every 30 minutes - make sure you walk down the street to the car park garage area for pick up. We didn't know this and were not told nor is there any signage and saw the shuttles drive right past the hotel lobby- had to grab a quick uber to stay on schedule : / If you get the chance to meet Vittorina in the restaurant - she is a delight - and has some great tips about the area.

Great property, nice location, free shuttle.

A very nice well designed hotel in immaculate condition (the rooms still smell brand new) with a professional, courteous and effecient staff. While our room could be considered a tad tight, it was effeciently arranged with sufficient outlets for all our electronics, and a well designed bathroom. The beds were comfortable but are on wheels, which when combined with the hard flooring resulted in us inadvertently bumping and thus rolling the beds away from each other. The hotel was located adjacent to a park and two small lakes (i.e., ponds) with numerous walking trails (including one that drops you off at a restaurant / biergarten. Moreover an Edeka market is less than 10 minutes away and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Note: We didn't eat at the hotel's restaurant. An added benefit was the complimentary shuttle service both to and from the airport. The only confusing part. The shuttle does not have the name of the hotel on it. Instead, it has the name of the adjacent parking structure (which is only a problem when you're trying to pick up the shuttle at the airport). Other than that, we had absolutely wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here the next time we're in the area.
