Rooms good size. Good location. Ended up having to take a taxi despite a free shuttle because the hotel would not accommodate a handicapped person who could not walk to the bus stop. There was room for the bus to pull over right in front of the hotel so one person could board. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Difficult to find airport shuttle (in front of airport medical center, which is NOT noted on their website); shuttle pickup / drop off at hotel is not at the hotel itself but a parking garage; broken glass in room; old weathered coasters in room should have been thrown away instead of recycled to future guests; I asked for ice and was given one glass of ice, I asked for another and was told that was literally all the ice the entire hotel had!; room was warm so asked for a fan and was told they didn’t have any… thankfully, I realized I could open the window but then had the noise all night from people walking and rolling suitcases back and forth to/from the shuttle area. Overall, terrible stay.

Excellent hotel overall. The airport shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes and there were no problems at all getting to/from FRA airport which was under a 15 minute ride in traffic. The free bottle of water waiting in the room was perfect for hydration after a long flight. The bed cushion was just right and the air conditioning in the room cooled down the air quickly and quietly. I rested very well.

Hotel is tucked away at the edge of the town making it quiet from autos and people; however there is significant air traffic from Frankfurt Airport except from Midnight to 5AM. The plane noise can be mitigated by running the in room fan / dehumidifier. Staff was very helpful and friendly and even noticed that my rental car was a plug in hybrid so they provided free on-site charging. Be aware that on site car parking is limited which may result in parking on side gravel road along a fence line if arriving late. Overall the stay was comfortable and accommodations were spacious for a European hotel.

Once you exit terminal one, you need to go to the Medical Center, which is on your left, but a good walk. This was a little difficult to find, that is where the shuttle is. Frankfurt international is a huge airport, so get ready to walk. The shuttle drive was only 10 minutes to a very peaceful park like area had only a few dining options that were walkable. Hotel had a restaurant also. It was very clean, quiet, easy check in and check out. Nice helpful staff. A very straightforward simple hotel.Half the price or more less Than the Hotels in the airport.

The hotel is located in an industrial zone, so it really didn't make a great first impression, but....it turned out to be exactly right for our purposes. We stayed there for one night before hopping on our flight back home to the US. And it turns out that the hotel was built with travelers like us in mind as the big parking garage for long term parking was there first and the hotel was only added 2-3 years ago. The shuttle bus stop in front of the parking garage speaks to that purpose but is a bit far from the hotel entrance (200m/ 220 yards) for some travelers (I saw a gentleman miss the bus because it took him too long to get to the bus stop). The room was sufficiently spacious, and we could check in before 4pm (which was listed as the official time on my itinerary). Bathroom was very nice. The hotel restaurant offered a small menu but good choices. There are vending machines everywhere. The little robot that served the meals turned out to be quite impatient - funny touch of 'high tech'. Outside is not much, a park of sorts that we strolled through but given the surrounding industrial area not something that looks really inviting. The hotel foyer is nicely 'movie' themed, with brightly colored posters of a post-Warhol nature. The staff was definitely very variable in terms of customer service orientation, with some being evasive while the gentleman who checked us in was quite proactive - kudos to him.

Room was a good size, comfy bed, good bathroom and shower. Staff member at checkin @ 23.30 was welcoming and happy, despite the hour. Breakfast was €15 and good value as there is a huge buffet of cereals, fruit, eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, bread (+toaster) juices, coffee + tea. Checkout is 10.00, although you can have late checkout for a fee. The airport shuttle is free, but doesn't drop or pickup at the hotel -- you have to walk 250m to the car park (perhaps the primary users of shuttle) despite the shuttle bus then driving right by the hotel!! And while we were collected right at Terminal 2, our departure was from T1, and again there was a 250m walk. Some reviews mentioned they couldn't find the shuttle, so I contacted the hotel in advance, and they sent me very detailed instructions -- even I couldn't get it wrong.
