No Shuttle To Hôtel. Rude staff.

We booked this hotel specifically because they had a shuttle to the airport and were informed at the hotel that no service was available. It was extremely difficult to get into the hotel because of roadwork. The air conditioning was poor and we had to keep our rental cars for an additional day due no shuttle. Some of the front staff weee rude, rolling their eyes at us when we showed our concern about getting to the airport with three young children.

Property was clean and direct and pleasant for the price, however the street was under construction and was 100% inaccessible. No one from the hotel informed us. When we left we had to walk around the blocked street.

Booked a room for 3 peopl3 two adults and 1 6 year old boy and there was only 1 bed in the room. Room was clean enough. Personnel was OK though ee arrived cery late at night / early morning. Parking was average and we had to pay for it but thats ok. Even though there were two EV chargers in the parking 1 was occupied by a nin EV vehicle and the other one was not working.

I chose the Park Inn Frankfurt Airport for its location and price. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the room was clean. However, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the staff was unhelpful when I asked for support. Their lack of concern left me disappointed. I wouldn’t stay here again despite the convenience of being near the airport.

Lovely clean hotel right next to a quiet, peaceful park area. Very short walk to the nearest S-Bahn station just one stop from the airport and about 4 stops to the city Breakfast was continental but with a good range of choices for our 4 night stay. The restaurant had a small menu but again, very tasty. Our host (unfirtuntely I didnt get her name) on the 2 nights we ate in was very friendly and chatty. Was interested to hear about out day and always had a ready, genuine smile. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Wish we'd asked for a second pillow though as one was a little low and a kettle in the room would have been nice to sit with a cup of tea in the evenings. Overall a fabtastic stay and location and will definitely be looking to book here agian when we next visit Frankfurt

We stayed here on the final night of our vacation for its proximity to the airport (1 subway stop); we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities in the area (multiple dining options, a grocery store, green space and subway access). The staff were friendly and worked to ensure our 2 rooms had the right configurations to sleep (as a family of 5, this usually means 2 rooms in Europe). The hotel was quiet and we got a good nights rest before long haul flights the next day!

Overnight stay

For 1 or 2 nights, is very good. Room space is just ok for a couple. Clean.People atnfront desk are very helpful, professional and always with a smile. Area for improvement: during the heatwave, ac worked but not a comfort. Portable fans could be helpful in the rooms.
