Pros: Staff was very helpful and offered free breakfast for the elevator problems. Cons: smaller room than expected. AC barely kept room cool, even at full blast. Elevator doors malfunctioned constantly so had to use the stairs once in a while.

The shower is as small as a cruise ship. The bed is very low to the floor and very soft. The location was excellent by old town.

Great location

This hotel is in the perfect location for Old Town and the Zeil shopping area. The room was fine and the shower felt great. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Value, Pretty Comfortable, Great Location

This hotel has an ideal location, is a great value, and the room and bed were just as comfortable as I needed for a a solo traveler staying a couple nights in Frankfurt.

Not a good hotel - unsure how their ratings are showing as 4 or above. Black mold, no working air-conditioning and so loud to keep the window open blocked and broken shower which had someone elses cut hairs coming back up into the shower, gross kettle 1 ridiculously small and 1 ridiculously large pillow - both very uncomfortable and no protectors No laundry No 'do not disturb hangars'. Hotel tried to take a copy of my passport too, no law in Germany requires this and it is against the GDPR for them to store your passport copy for 1 year. Avoid.
