Super disappointed. There was no staff available at our check in at 3:30pm. Until 7am. We had to go across the street to check in, to a different hotel. Due to a “staffing shortage”. Upon entering the room, the smell of mildew and smoking was very apparent. The base boards had years of grim, mirror was not cleaned. My final straw was the pubic hairs on the toilet and in the shower. Extremely disappointed.

Room was clean. Host communicated the check in and check out process. Very easy. Location is nice. Lots of golf courses in the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Brio beach in is an amazing find. Great location, gorgeous beach, bonfire pit for cozy summer nights. Also the continental breakfast was a great surprise! The rooms are smaller but updated! Loved my stay!

They don’t tell you that you have to sign out towels to use the pool. We didn’t realize it until already in the pool and had no towels. Then you have to sign them back in. The $15 breakfast is what you would expect from a free breakfast buffet and you also need to get a piece of paper from front desk to even enter the restaurant where they provide the breakfast. We will not go back.
