Multiple times no front desk staff available, Internet service EXTREMELY poor, which is unacceptable given the price of the room. Also main restaurant closed and “free breakfast “ which was pre paid came from the bar. Room also looks much better on the website than in person. Not fully clean, hairs on bathroom floor from last person. On the plus side bar staff was very nice . Outdoor pool appeared clean.

Great location and hotel was very clean

Great location. Spacious room. Very clean. Easy access to all needs. Convenient parking. Elevators were fast, too. The only negative was the restaurant on the sixth floor. It had great food, and our party of 8 ate there twice. However, the second time, service was very poor. Took us over an hour to get our food - and we didn’t see our waitress for that hour. Additionally, one of our member’s orders didn’t even come out with the rest; she had to wait another 10 minutes. We should’ve asked for some kind of discount, but we did not, and we were not offered any. Other than that, it was a lovely experience!

One of the guy name John gave me acttitude when i asked him if I could get some ice from the hotel and he sent me to go buy at the liquor store this is the only issues we have other then that girls cleaning excellent front desk so friendly I love it I

Nothing dazzling, but just what is needed for a simple beach holiday. Clean room and bathroom, convenient parking and barely a minute walk from the beach and the top end (20th street) of the boardwalk.

The carpet is dirty, there are dirty dishes in the drawers, the coffee percolator was full of old coffee residue, and the microwave is in very poor condition; basically, the entire apartment is not what is shown in the photos.
