The TV did not work, even after calling staff, and experts. The so-called third bed was not a bed, it was a very soft sofa which caused my daughter backache pain in the morning. There was no black tea or coffee or milk available in the room. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Wonderful stay and convenient to all historical sights

Air conditioning was excellent. Room was clean and staff was helpful and nice.

The hotel is just fine, if you are looking for a place to stay to stay for business is ok to stay, but the hotel is so far out Vienna, and if you are planning on using public transportation at least 30 min. Breakfast is highly overpriced.

We had a fantastic stay at the O11 Boutique Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city center and just steps away from the Vienna State Opera. Being so central made it incredibly easy to walk to a ton of amazing places, sights, and restaurants. We loved having a room with a balcony, which added a wonderful touch to our experience. The hotel has a great modern boutique vibe, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
