The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful. The main problems we encountered were a discrepancy at check in regarding the number of occupants. It took a long time to resolve and i still did not feel satisfied with the outcome. Overall, nice staff, good service, comfortable rooms and convenient location.

Nice lobby and helpful staff. Room was large with great windows. Needs better pillows. Access to the airport and falls was perfect. However, laundry was more expensive than my room!

Staffs are nice. Although the huge hot pool was broken and under maintenance, the staff gave me wrong information every day and told me it's fixed! There was no tissue in the room. The restaurant didn't have the bill. You have to guess how much we ate.

The hotel was just ok. It's great if you are with your family and need a middle of the road hotel. I was highly annoyed by the idea that I had to pay extra to use the jacuzzi. The buffet dinner and breakfast options were good. This hotel is a very economic option. I wish I had researched more before staying at the hotel.

Very clean and well maintained, friendly staff. This property is in between Foz De Iguazu and Igauzu Falls. There is nothing shopping or restaurants at a walkable distance from this property. You need a car or some kind of transportation to go to Foz de Iguazu or to the falls. Fortunately Uber was very convenient. Even at 11:30 in the night we were able to get a Uber from a restaurant in Foz de Iguazu to this resort.

Gostei muito do hotel, porém há pontos negativos. O quarto era enorme e confortável, com exceção dá área de banho do banheiro, extremamente pequena. Por outro lado, o fato de ter sabonete, shampoo liquido é um diferencial. Minha esposa gostou muito do fato de ter hidratante no banheiro. O hotel é silencioso, mas as paredes não possuem bom filtro acústico. É possível ouvir barulho do outro quarto. A cama era confortável. Estacionamento não é coberto. A piscina é grande, mas não é aquecida. O hotel possui vários locais de recreação para os menores. Café da manhã estava ótimo e com várias opções. O local de refeição também era muito confortável e bonito. Há acesso ao parque aquático e é uma exceçelente opção para as crianças, mas nada demais para os adultos. O atendimento foi ótimo, expecialmente dos garçons da piscina, dos animadores/recreadores e da recepção. Os funcionários que ficam no corredor auxiliando foram muito gentis e solícitos. No geral recomendo o hotel
