Cuando limpian la habitación, al hacer la cama, no colocan la sábana, te la dejan doblada para que tu mismo la coloques, lo cual me parecía bastante incómodo. Otro cosa que me pasó, por accidente en el desayuno eche un vaso y lo rompí. Ese vaso me lo cobraron. La piscina excelente, la comodidad para acceder a la playa excelente. Fuimos con amigos. Hacer kitesurf y pasamos excelente. Para salir de la playa tienen duchas para sacarse la arena. De 3 duchas que hay 1 funciona bien, 1 está anulada y la última funciona a medias.

Está tudo bem, mas tem desvantagens

Excelente equipe na recepção e no restaurante. Um bom café da manhã. A localização do hotel é muito boa. Lindo apartamento com cozinha. Mas não havia pratos, xícaras, facas, garfos. Não há cadeiras ou espreguiçadeiras perto da piscina.

Noise from neighbours room through interconnecting

Apart hotel and a lot of the good view rooms are the apartments privately owned. I know this as I tried to chnage room as our neighbours were quite loud and there was a interconnecting locked door between both rooms. Which lets in a load of noise. I wish the hotels would say this when you choose a room as it would put me off staying there.

Postive: Large, clean pool Super beachfront location Friendly staff Negative: The pool was closed. The room did not have a beach view The parking arrangement was terrible. Had to wait several minutes for the gate to open -- both in and out. MOSQUITOES in the room!!! Unforgiveable. Not enough staff -- overworked.

O hotel é bem localizado ( pé na areia ) . Tem um centrinho próximo que dá para ir a pé à bares e restaurante, assim como mercadinho, farmácia e etc…. Está acontecendo uma obra no térreo que gerou muita poeira . A piscina é muito boa, mas não tem mesas , cadeiras e nem espreguiçadeiras e vc acaba desistindo de curtir a piscina .

Muito bom o quarto, a piscina, só algumas coisas da bordas da piscina que merecem uma manutenção. O atendimento do bar da piscina é bom. O café da manhã é muito bom e o acesso a praia para ver o por do sol é muito bom também

Predio um pouco antigo, quarto apertado. Piscina excelente, recepção ruim, estacionamento escuro, estranho e cheio de teias de aranha. Frente do prédio uma parte inacessível, cheios de buraco na pista e com muita lama. Praia suja, vi alguns bueiros próximos, não tive coragem de banhar no mar (imaginei ser esgoto). Pontos positivos: próximos da vila de cumbuco, vila charmosa, gostamos demais, preços acessíveis. Ah, a piscina do hotel foi ótima e café da manhã também. As moças do café muito simpáticas.

Não volto.

Hotel deixou a desejar em vários aspectos. Quando chegamos já tinha hospedes reclamando que a Internet e a tv nao estavam pegando. Durante a estadia essas condições se mantiveram (sem internet e sem Tv). Alem disso, faltou energia e os funcionários nem para dar satisfação (tivemos de andar pelas escadas). O café da manhã não tem variedades, sempre a mesma coisa. Além disso, as louças (xícara e pratos) muito velhos, com buraco e tudo. A sala do café bem acabada e úmida. O quarto era razoável, porém o chuveiro tambem estava velho e mal saia água. O hotel tem até uma estrutura legal, porém parece que está abandonado. Não voltaria jamais. É tanto que a minha reserva era do dia 6 de julho até o dia 10 e voltamos no dia 9.
