Clean room, staff was friendly (for the exception on one reception guy at night) but the others were very attentive and helpful all the time. We loved the waiter at the restaurant who served us he was AWESOME! I forgot his name but it was an older (short) gentleman. The check out staff was also very attentive and helped us by calling a taxi and helped us out to the car. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back

Não gostei do serviço, os quartos antigos! Estava tento muitos eventos no hotel, o que deixou a área de lazer sem privacidade! Serviço do hotel, quando eu cheguei, tive que carregar 5 malas sozinho, pois ninguém me ajudou lá a nada! Pedi uma comida na área da piscina o que demorou cerca de 2 horas pra chegar um simples hambúrguer. Café da manhã bem fraco. Não tive uma experiência muito bom! Fiquei hospedado nele há 5 anos atrás e o serviço era bem melhor. 3 anos atras fiquei no Crocobeach e minha experiência foi bem melhor.

Friendly staff but even front desk does not speak anything else than Portuguese. Nice pool and good breakfast. We had a standard room with noisy with view on industrial equipment. Windows are not sound proof. We had severe issues with the room safe. Bathroom was dirty and it took the whole stay to get it fixed. Good parking on site. In conclusion: Overpriced for that area. Would probably not stay again.

Hotel muy bonito frente a la playa. No tiene servicio de playa pero hay muchos clubes y barracas frente donde uno puede guarecerse del sol con servicio de comida, piscina, duchas y baños. La playa es linda y tranquila (preferible antes que las del centro) pero fuimos a principios de año y el agua se llenó de microalgas produciendo que se torne de un color marrón horrible. Esos días optamos por tomar un Uber e ir a otras playas más al sur. El hotel posee un buen Restaurant, los precios acordes. Servicio de bar en la piscina, salón de juegos, desayuno. El personal: algunas personas sumamente atentas, otras no tanto. El idioma nos limitó un poco y no nos explicaron a la entrada todos los servicios del hotel. Por la noche se apagan las luces de la zona de la pileta (queda cerrada), salón de juegos y salón de sillones con lo cual es inevitable volver a la habitación. Había un grupo de personas sentado en los sillones cerca del bar en la oscuridad. No me pareció bien que no les dejaran las luces para que pudieran quedarse un rato más allí. La limpieza excelente, nos cambiaban loas toallas todos los días y las sábanas cada tres. El servicio se extendía hasta las 16:00 horas. El desayuno variado, faltando unos minutos para las 10:00 pasaba la señorita de recepción diciendo que en 10 minutos se cerraba. Optamos por ir en Uber a Beiramar algunas noches. Hay persona de Seguridad durante el día, no sé si en las noches. Enfrente hay un kiosco y una hamburguesería
