Overnight stay

Stayed overnight for a concert. The hotel room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. A bit more offerings for breakfast would have been great, but it was ok.

Comfortable and clean

We’ve stayed here several times when we visited Fort Wayne and it’s always been great. It’s comfortable and clean. The only thing is the breakfast selection is lacking but not terrible.

This is the worst hotel we ever stayed at. The staff was very rude when we asked for housekeeping service. They only came one time during our 4 day stay and we have to ask repeatedly for towels and other supplies. They are just using the nsme of Hilton but it is nothing but a cheap third grade motel. Stay away from this property

The elevator floor doesnt lught up. The elevator button is not secure to the wall. The bathroom door qould not stay shut or lock. The room shook when someone walked down the hall. The receptionist that checked us in seemed very irritated.

As soon as we showed up, we could smell pot right at the front doors. The counter staff was very kind and efficient. The cleaning crew was terrible. We asked for a cleaning on day three and the housekeeper came in and made the beds with the same sheets and emptied the garbage. But even missed some of the garbage. I asked the housekeeper if she would come back and change the sheets on my bed because there were some stains and she said she would, but never returned. We did have to go to the front desk twice. Once for toilet paper and another for tissues.

The property was new and the furnishings were fine. Our room overlooked the freeway and the traffic were noisy. No coffeepot or microwave in the room. Breakfast was below par. The canister said 2% milk (which I use at home), but it looked like 1% or 2% watered down. No hot selections.
