Check in was great floors down hallway were clean but saw the mop used to clean floors and it was Very dirty! Bed was also very old and worn out. Doors into room seemed very flimsy and not metal for safety.

The lil thing matter.

Front desk was helpful. We couldnt turn on the tv and I like the noise when I sleep. I know I could of and would of used my phone we just wanted to make them aware of it so I wouldnt get charged. The lady came in and fixed the issue but what was really just out of her way was giving us another room and she made sure it worked for us too. Overalll great 2 night stay.

The hotel was convenient for us to travel back n forth to our relatives houses. It was in an area where stores and restaurants were available and easy access to them. Staff was pleasant enough but hotel needs some repairs. We were in a non smoking room but you could still smell smoke in the hallways. Coffee, tea was provided in the lobby area but had to keep asking staff to bring out hot water or make fresh coffee. It really wasn’t looked after properly The room was reasonable in size and shower was in good condition. Did not run out of hot water at all Tv in the room is starting to go with visible shadows showing on the screen and blurriness. Not clear or sharp contrast We had two queen beds. My bed was not comfortable at all. It was very hard and kept rolling into the middle. All in all, I give it a 7 out of 10 rating

4 nights is a long time without a visit from housekeeping. Next week I’ll be sure and request it at least once. Otherwise, the place is not bad at all for the price. I’m satisfied enough to book it again for another week.

Got thru the night and got out!

Got in late so not worth time to ask for change to another room or to get Kleenex , cups, and working TV. Needs only had a sheet and a thin bed spread. Bed sores has a stain on to and something stuck on the side of it.
