The pool was closed. The listing said there was a restaurant/bar, there wasn’t. Breakfast was limited and nothing my kids would eat. Facilities were worn and in need of maintenance. Over priced for what it offered.

Mattress was broken from people sitting on side. It sagged so bad I could not turn over. When getting out of bed the broken side sagged so low I couldn’t get up without using my walker. Worst mattress I’ve ever attempted to sleep on! Hall carpet is frayed and torn at seams. Trip and fall waiting to happen. Perhaps the current renovation will address these problems. Staff at check-in was so kind and helpful as I was very late and exhausted due to extreme traffic congestion. Was nice to have real dishes at breakfast instead of paper plates. Location was really convenient for me. Roll in shower was clean and as advertised. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel until they install new mattresses. This was a safety, health and comfort hazard. They did ask if I wanted a different room, but I needed the rollin shower and there was no guarantee another mattress of the same age and use would be any better.

Not worth my $$

We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was set up horribly. I am 5 ft 110 lbs and had a hard time fitting in the bathroom. The door barely closed, the tub was very slippery and the tub water wasn't going down. The bathroom floor was dirty. Right in front of the beds was the bathroom sink and counter with no door, so when one of us got up during the night we had to turn on the light to wash our hands and woke each other up. The carpets were a disaster and they were renovating the floor above us so woke us up at 7 am working. We should have been notified. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fine. We also preferred cups that are wrapped not just glassware sitting in the open with no dishwasher. The bed was way too soft so I didn't get any sleep.

Not happy and would not recommend

The hotel looks nice from the outside, walk in to a nice lobby and the fitness room looked adequate. The pool looked nice but is outdoor which is not great for a northern state with colder weather. The room we had was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. Carpeting looked old and dirty. Room had a wet bar which we ended up using the counter, sink and mirror to hold all of our bathroom supplies (i.e. Hairbrush, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, hair gel/moose... The bathroom had sink but no counter top - wallpaper peeling off the walls and the door did not close since it hit the bed. Shower water pressure was low. No room cleaning service provided on our second day. Nice TV but only about 5 working channels - no channel guide provided or available on the TV set. View from room 101 was bad - bunch of storage containers, forklift and a trailer. No coffee was available in the lobby at night. Breakfast was just okay. Stayed at another hotel chain the night before which had 5:30pm kickback (Food and Drinks), Coffee at night, a varied breakfast fresh waffles and pancakes, nice room, indoor pool. This hotel is being renovated but not in the room we were in. Other than the distance from our home we were not happy with our stay at this Hyatt location and would not recommend it.

This property was quiet, rooms are nice. Its a little dated however construction was in progress. Only negative i have is house keeping woke me up knocking on the door and it wasn't time for check out. I work night shift so i was not a fan of that. Otherwise it wasnt bad
