My only complaint was the deposit for incidentals, but checking in was fast and convenient! Also appreciated able to get the late checkout. After working 36 hours in 3 days my body needed it. I went to ER after returning home bc I had a hemoglobin of 6..

Stayed here over a week, soundproof is just bad you can hear people next door, all the rooms door just banging loud. They had the sign saying clean promise but there are hairs wrapped in the towel, there is no way the staff didn't notice the hair when they doing it. The elevator Operating license is outdated even the qr code on it from the city website it's outdated too!

It was good stay. The hotel was not built well. We think in a year it will look worn. Wall paper already peeling in bathroom. Lobby had drywall tape showing. Since it’s new it looks fresh.

This property states it was recently renovated or that it was a newer hotel. Upon entering it had an awful smell, but by the time we arrived it was 5 am. Once we got to the room, it was disgusting: felt very humid and our shoes were sticking to the floor. We also had a curry smell that kept coming thru the vent into our room. The tile in our bathroom shower was hanging off the wall, counters weren’t clean, nor were the ones in the room. We tried to checkout early because our booking was for three nights.. again one of the nights we arrived and it was 5 am the following day. The hotel refused to allow us to cancel for a two night refund. (We were completely okay with them keeping the money for the one night) Well, they stated because it was booked on Expedia that we had to call them) They agreed to give us our money back for one of the three nights. (The cheapest night of the three) Walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING! After the conditions of our room, the smell that was seeping in — this property honestly should have a 1 rating. If you’re looking for a hotel room that’s falling apart, a rancid smell, and feeling like you’re staying in a room that’s a dump, this is a hotel for you. Travelers aware, they are money hungry and do not care about the conditions.
