Friendly staff, housekeeping was on the ball, nice breakfast buffet, everything was pretty clean, and kids enjoyed the pool. No business center per se, and could use a better solution for computer/printer access. Security seemed a bit lax (back doors by the kitchen area were open and unlocked 24/7), but overall a terrific value.

Had several problems with my reservation and am getting the runaround. Keep trying to talk with the manager but he will never come to the phone or return phone calls. Always in a meeting or not at the hotel. No one else can help.

Staff was great! The hotel was older and had dingy sheets, some with rips in them. It was okay but would only give it a 3. It was extremely noisy and we heard doors shutting all night and early in the morning which made it very difficult to sleep.

Comfortable and reasonably priced.

It was comfortable after a 7 hour drive, cleanliness could be improved, dusting, and smudge marks in some noticeable areas. Pets are accepted but stepped on feces need to be addressed and cleaned creating slip hazard. Air fresheners of quality air in rooms could be much friendlier.

Nice place but…

Everything was good except the shower in one of the rooms I reserved didn’t provide any water. We were only there 1 night and really needed the shower in the morning as we were off to my daughter’s graduation so she had to come and use the shower in our room. I mentioned it as we were leaving for the graduation and was told I would be contacted. No one has done so & I’ve been charged in full. Was hoping for a price adjustment at least.
