It was great having a fridge that had even a small freezer. Every room has an amazing view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean! Very clean accommodations. The front desk at check-in was fine, but checkout not so much. The big issue are the stairs. They put the chargers for electric vehicles right up against the stairs. It is impossible to get upstairs without ducking or walking into a beam or hitting someone’s car if you have any kind of luggage at all. Super bad design- not sure who made that, but their heads need to be examined.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. One of the things I loved most was how dog-friendly the hotel is. It’s clear they go out of their way to accommodate guests traveling with pets, and it made traveling with my dog so much easier and more enjoyable. The terrace was another highlight. In the evenings, I loved sitting by the cozy outdoor fireplace, chatting with other guests, and soaking in the relaxing atmosphere. The view from the terrace during sunset was absolutely stunning. The location is fantastic too. There’s a beautiful biking trail nearby that leads to the beach, and the coastal scenery is just breathtaking. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The only thing I wish this property had is more secure locks on the doors like other motels/hotels have that go over the door so that your child can’t open the door and run out. While I watch my kids closely I had to barricade the door so my two year old wouldn’t run out while I used the restroom lol

Scenic sunset views adjacent to white sand beach

The hotel is located on a walking path about 1/2 mile from glass Beach. Best of all, hotel was located directly across from a gorgeous white Sandy Beach. We also walked across the Trussell bridge for a for a beautiful walk at sunset. The front desk was especially friendly and offered information about local restaurants and things to do while we were in Fort Bragg. My only negative comment was that the toilet was loose and should be bolted down tighter to the floor. Sorry, I’m a bit home improvement geek.

This is the 4th stay. Always great friendly service. New softer linens noted this trip! Only issue was BBQ grills needed service. We enjoy cooking on the grills and eating on the patio. None of the 3 grills would light completely. On the plus side was office staff very willing to help. We did note that this morning maintenance was out servicing the grills. Look forward to next visit and working grills.
