We arrived at the hotel around midnight after a long day of travel, only to find the reception desk closed. A phone number was posted on the entrance door, but by the time we called, it was quite late. The lady who answered tried to help us check in, but her manner came across as somewhat rude. The first code she provided to open the main door didn’t work, and after multiple attempts with a second code, we finally managed to get inside. Unfortunately, we accidentally entered the wrong lobby, which was filled with a strong smell of marijuana and felt more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. When we asked the lady about it, she admitted she had never visited that part of the property and wasn’t aware of the situation. Eventually, we found our actual lobby, which smelled much better. The room itself was okay, but the comforter looked very dirty, which was disappointing. Since we only needed a place to stay for the night, we left early the next morning. Overall, the experience was stressful and unpleasant, with poor check-in support, questionable cleanliness, and an unsettling atmosphere in parts of the property.

Restaurant was not open on the one night we stayed and they had a small coffee shop. It’s a smaller lobby and public areas than a normal graduate hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The parking garage was wonderful and so convenient. The floors are beautiful and my room was so spacious. I enjoyed the pool, which was a fantastic temperature. I really loved the extra security of needing to scan a room key to get to any floor that has rooms, especially as a solo female traveler. The vending machines were so convenient as was the Starbucks in the lobby. Highly recommend!

Front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Our suite was nicely laid out and comfortable. Only issue was the trash under the sink was full. Not emptied prior to our arrival. Also shower was not cleaned well. In fact, probably not cleaned at all.

Probably the cheapest in Madison and it shows. Motel is at the end of an old side road on next to interstate highway. Very noisy traffic. Concerned re security of my motorcycle overnight.

The check-in process was efficient. This hotel completely served my needs, which just entailed a clean room & shower for one overnight as I passed through town. The continental breakfast was bare bones though. I would stay there again but not for an extended time.
