Fontana Village Vacation Packages

We visited for 3 nights. We love visiting the Smoky Mountians. Check in was easy and check out was even better, just had to leave the room keys in the room when we left. No need to stop at the front desk which made in easy and very convient. We did go to the bar/ resturant after check in for something to eat. Did not know closing time was at 9pm which it was 845 when we arrived. The bartender/ server at that time maybe Justin was his name, seemed a little annoyed with us but we still ordered our food but felt bad. The food was good, which we had breakfast the next day there, that was good as well. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfy for a hotel. Great view of the passing traffic from the balcony. Did see some fireworks off in the distance each night. No elevators but had to walk up ramps to get to rooms. Not bad. Did not get a chance to see the pool. Ran out of time. Overall a good stay. We will stay here again in the future.

Nice clean room with terrace!In the middle of the strip of Gatlinburg,close to restaurants and shops and attractions!Nice covered parking which was free!I highly recommend the resort!We had a great time there!

Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.

In the picture it shows a beautiful clean condo. Not the case!!! It smells horrible of mildew. The carpet is DISGUSTING!!!! I refused to let my child or myself walk without out shoes on!!! The toilet paper holder wouldn’t stay connected to the wall. Kept falling off in the floor. The only TV that worked was the very small one upstairs in that bedroom. So we could t sit as a family to watch anything together!!! Railing on the balcony is lose. Pull ouch couch is extremely NASTY!! The couch itself is stained and horribly dirty!! The bed liner was dirty and a nose ring was folded in it with food crumbs!! The keurig coffee machine had a beetle floating in the water reservoir as well as white stuff was under the green plastic piece that sits on top of the reservoir!! Never will we rent this again!!!!! I would love some of my payment refunded. I definitely will not give a great review for this unit at all.
