O studio é excelente, super bem equipado, inclusive com Churrasqueira , tudo novo e bem cuidado. Limpeza excelente. A localização, considerando o objetivo da viagem é excelente, para quem precisa estar próximo ao aeroporto ou sul da ilha. Ainda mais considerando a absoluta falta de acomodações próximas ao aeroporto. O prédio, apesar de ser novo, não possui elevador. O sistema de entrada e saída é todo automatizado e o pessoal que cuida da manutenção foi muito solícito e rápido. Possui estacionamento gratuito. Nas proximidades tem um bom supermercado, que se pode ir caminhando e na região estão os melhores restaurantes da ilha, estes sim há poucos minutos de carro, todos no Ribeirão da Ilha. Minha única e grave reclamação do apartamento é o fato de não haver cortinas black out no quarto e cozinha, sendo muito claro logo ao amanhecer, e isso tornou a nossa estada muito pouco confortável.
