This is an amazing place in a busy area for people who are looking for a more quiet stay. Great rooms at an amazing price. Walking distance to all shops and the lake. Helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Lovely small hotel on a quiet street. The staff were super nice: allowed me to keep my medication in the fridge, kept my bags stored while I toured Tikal, and called a tuk tuk to take me to the airport. I highly recommend!

We spent four lovely days. This inn has only four rooms, but has great dining, shopping, convenience stores and travel agencies all within a 100 yard radius. If you can get a room, take it!

Prime location in Flores, with a crazy-friendly manager that bends over backwards to make sure everyone is happy. The room was great - clean/quality everything, AC, cute tropical murals and decor, top value for the price, without a single doubt. The only thing I wasn't 100% in love with was the electric shower - but you don't need hot water, so we just moved the switch to off and voila, problem solved.

The air conditioning in the room is powerful enough that you can make it cold in there if you want to. This was at the end of May when the temperatures outside were sweltering. The staff is lovely and drove me back to the airport in the morning for 30 quetzales. I would 100% stay there again.

Good value for Flores in charming guesthouse

We stayed total of 4nights with one night in Tikal in the middle and stayed in 3 out of the four rooms available. It’s definitely got more of a guesthouse feel and Josef was very helpful and attentive. The standard room is really quite basic and a bit claustrophobic. Josef was nice enough to upgrade us to the Delux room for free after the first night which was lovely. The location is great in Flores. They did offer an airport pickup which we did but would recommend getting a tuk tuk for much better value. They are also able to provide transfers to Tikal, bus tickets and excursions.

1-no hubo agua tibia para bañarme por problemas de electricidad y me dio un espasmo por el agua fría apenas me estoy componiendo 2- yo estuve 4 noches y no cambian las tollas diario no se si las sábanas y lo digo pq las marque creo que si uno está más tiempo deben hacer el cambio diario y más pq se queda uno.mas.dias .Tuve que pagar medico para mi espasmo ? alguien me regresa algo para este gasto extra hotel o expedia y a mi parecer la habitación muy chica espero respuesta .El ultimo dia ya servia la regadera de agua tibia .Personal me trato bien .Si hay aire acondicionado si hay tiendas cercanas y restaurantes .y el muelle se encuentra a 3 calles se puede nadar .No todo es mala pero espero hagan caso a mis obsevaciones
