Staff were fine. Carpeting in the entrance to the room was threadbare making a poor impression. No grab bar in the tub which was somewhat slippery. Lobby area appeared spartan, not warm and welcoming.

We had a heater problem with making lots of noise and would not turn off. The night manager was excellent trying to fix the problem. She had to put us in another room which turned out fine. I’d stay there again.
