Good hotel, brilliant location.

Beautiful and quirky hotel, perfectly located to explore the historic city of Brugge. We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay. The staff could not have been more helpful.

property was nice good for a short stay

This unique property is an oasis of tranquility and green space. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Great gym and location excellent for high End shopping and great restaurants. Staff were professional, attentive and great to engage in conversation to learn more about Antwerp.

Excellent location, but dismal, dirty room with accessibility challenges Expedia’s description of this hotel promotes fireplaces, comfort and amenities. None of these are accurate. Our room for two guests with two twin beds pushed together was bland, dirty and lacked any decoration, warmth or attraction. The dingy white walls were completely bare except for a faded, dusty plastic flower glued to one wall. The window curtains and throw pillows on the bed were old, stained and wrinkled and bath towels were threadbare. The bedroom and bathroom both needed cleaning. The non-existent lobby is a small check-in desk and there are absolutely no amenities. The tiny elevator can barely hold one large suitcase and starts two-floors up. Guests have to manage the first two floors on their own with steep, narrow stairs. The only high point is the excellent location close to the Grand Place, an optimal location if you don’t plan to spend any time in this dismal room. The check-in staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area, but there are many other choices near Grand Place that could offer a more pleasant experience.

Staff were very helpful and room and beds clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, although hot food was somewhat limited. Location is good and overall good value for money.
