DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I booked this hotel through Hotels.com for Parents’ Weekend at Bowling Green State University so I could spend Friday through Sunday with my son. I work night shift and unfortunately overslept on Friday, waking up after check-in time. I had already messaged through the app and called the hotel to let them know I would not be arriving until Saturday night. I understood that I would not receive a refund for Friday night, and I accepted that. After spending the day with my son on Saturday, I went to the hotel to check in, only to discover that the room I was given had not been cleaned. The bed had clearly been slept in, and the room was not ready for another guest. I immediately went to the front desk, only to be told that there were no other rooms available because the hotel was overbooked for the weekend. I requested a refund for the night. Since I booked through a third party, the hotel needed to communicate with Hotels.com. To her credit, the front desk employee did try to help and contacted her manager. According to the front desk employee, the manager agreed that I would receive a refund but stated that Hotels.com would need to contact the hotel directly to process it. It has now been over a week, and Hotels.com is still trying to reach the manager regarding my refund. Honestly, it is hard not to question whether the hotel overbooked & allowed someone else to use my room after I notified them that I would be arriving Sat. Do not book here!

Great place to stay. Will be back!
