Another mirror in the bedroom would be nice only mirror was in the bathroom and it was to small for two people to get ready the makeup mirror did not work my room was a little broken but clean the charging ports did not work the lamp was broken and it took a full day to get a trash bin delivered to our room there was zero trash bins in our room

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Great location next to Paris hotel. Long queues for check in at 4pm. No concierge to just ask questions so you had to queue with everyone else. Room nice and spacious, no kettles. Ice machine on each floor. Beds ok. Bathroom ok. Small food hall in lower floor. Better eating options in Paris next door. Connecting walkway from horseshoe to Paris. Pool not open in the horseshoe so we used the Paris pool.
