The room smelled of smoke. When I requested a different room, was told there were no more rooms. There was an ashtray in the balcony so people are allowed to smoke there. It’s in the middle of town and a car alarm was going off most of the night. Terrible sleep.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located and very comfortabky appointed. The rooms had all the amenities one needs. I especially appreciated the clothes steamer in the closet, a variety of outlets on both sides of the bed, confortable bed, The staff were welcoming and helpful and breakfast delicious.

We loved our stay. I messaged the hotel before arriving about my husbands 40th birthday and they prepared a lovely special welcome for him. It made the stay feel special. The hotel is right by the sea and close to the centre, very walkable. We could also park our car in a secured parking for just 10 eur a day. Would definitely come back here if we ever go back to Chania!

Stayed one night and it was perfect!! Staff were helpful and only 15 min walk from the main areas which was great. We didn’t want to stay right in the hustle and bustle where it was loud. Breakfast was also really good. Had everything you wanted. If I go back to Heraklion I’d definitely stay there again. Parking included was a bonus.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of the port for our short stop over in Heraklion . Staff very helpful and allowed us to have early breakfast before our ferry .
