Stayed here for 1 night. It was a good stay. Enjoyed the pool for a bit, staff was nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was also decent.

Budget Inn Cocoa
Good location friendly staff cheap rates outdated but not really a problem. The room was very dirty, every corner and walls was dirty. Under bed was trash and filthy, huge black mold spot on bottom of wall between bathroom and bed. Bed comforters torn stained and multiple cigarette burn holes.
