Upon arrival the attendant made us feel welcomed and made sure if we needed anything to just use the phone. Each time me and my requested for clean towels or toilet paper, they were prompt to do so.

The property has the most amazing views of the lake!

Staff were wonderful, breakfast was great with different hot selections each morning.

Stayed at the Concourse for a concert. The walking distance was great. Nice to see things like ceramic coffee mugs and glass water glasses in a room. Rare these days. Very helpful staff. Convenient parking. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was wonderful. The pool area clean. Our first room had mold on the ceiling. We were promptly relocated to a new room. Both rooms smelled musty. Breakfast was limited and the refrigerator that held milk and juice was dirty. Sheer curtains were in tatters, take them down! The staff was as I mentioned wonderful which made the stay tolerable.

The room was spotless and it was nice to relax with the fireplace. Also enjoyed saving money by buying and cooking our own meals.

I made the reservation for the wrong day by accident. I called immediately after hitting reserved wanting to switch it to the correct day and willing and ready to pay the difference. They still had two of the exact room available for the day I needed and they were of no help. Would not offer me a refund or to just use that day's balance towards the date I actually needed. I called the hotel directly and I called Expedia who told me they also called the hotel directly
