This was a great stay in a well thought-out hotel; quiet rooms, nice bathrooms, good soundproofing, generous breakfast, nice staff, good touches like a €5 voucher if you don’t request a room clean during a multi-day stay. I would look for a B&B again. Yes there is building work from around 7am all around the hotel at the moment but it didn’t impact our stay.

I bought breakfast the day I checked In, the following morning when I went to have a breakfast, the lady at the restaurant asked for my name to see if I am in the list of people who Bought breakfast, she was able to find my name and said that I can proceed, a minute later she approached me and told me on front of everyone that I have not paid for the breakfast?! I am not sure what list she was checking that she was able to find my name and later I did not pay for it??? On front of everyone I pulled my phone and showed her the receipt from Apple Pay, she went back to check with receptionist and later confirmed that I paid. She did not even apologize. In addition to that, this whole thing could have been avoided if she just did her “home work” with the receptionist about the payments, etc rather than accusing me directly on front of everyone. Very unprofessional

I had a great stay at this spacious, well-equipped apartment. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk from Luxembourg Gare (the central train station) and around 10 minutes from the city centre, making it an ideal base for exploring Luxembourg. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher, while the basement laundry area includes a washing machine and dryer. There are also plenty of thoughtful extras, including a clothes drying rack, iron, hairdryer and cleaning equipment. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax, and the building has a lift, which is a nice bonus. The bed is firm but comfortable. One thing to note is that there is a pub across the street, so it can be a little noisy in the evenings. However, the apartment's soundproof windows do an excellent job of blocking out the noise when closed. There isn't air conditioning, but a fan is provided, which was adequate during my stay. The digital access system works very well—the app made entering both the building and the apartment simple and reliable. The staff were also quick to respond whenever I had a question. Overall, this is an excellent place for solo travellers, couples or small families looking for a convenient and comfortable base in Luxembourg. I would happily stay here again.

Location is awesome, close by the train station and the downtown. Very convenient. Check in (Christine) was kind and helpful. Room are new, the building is new. All in all great stay! Thank you

The staff was friendly and the room was immaculate. The location was great, very close to the train station.

Amazing property, close to the city, easy parking. Laundry room available. Very convenient. The only thing was some dishes and kitchen utensils were dirty when we arrived. We cleaned everything for our use.
