On checking in our room keys would not work. This apparently was a problem previously reported several to staff but not fixed. After changing our room, maintenance had to be called because the toilet was not flushing. This consumed our first hour. Afterwards everything was fine, but it would have been nice for management to have acknowledged this inconvenience. We had originally decided to book a third day here, staying longer, but decided to try another nearby hotel instead.

Very friendly staff who checked me in. Helped with where to park since we are towing a u-haul. There is driveway around property, very helpful if travelung with trailer. Clean rooms. Very accessible to interstate highway. Only downsides were: i can hear other guests from the hallway, and room is smaller compared to other hotels. Otherwise, good stay and will book again.

The night is 240$ but they charge me 337$ some nights I will not let this slide I having some calls with my bank is never about the money is about what making me feel stupid?

Great location, lots of restaurants close by, safe neighborhood For walking around, plus great steakhouse and rooftop in house. Rooms were recently renovated and look amazing as well

Property was very nice. We were told on arrival that we could have a complimentary Continental breakfast from 7.00 in the foyer before our train journey. We got up early for this and there was no breakfast !!

Just an all around stunning stay. You have to try the cottage suite and also the barrel sauna!!! Snacks at the Sand Bar, soaking in the sun in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake with a beautiful glass of anything cold! Nightly smores and fire pits. The vibe is so incredible now here. A must stay if you want an escape on a luxurious scale! Will not disappoint I guarantee!!
