We only stayed one night. Staff at check in and check out were helpful. Had a guy ask for money the morning of our early am check out. That wasn’t great. Not a great look, but hard to fault hotel staff.

Some confusion on my end with paying the deposit, as I thought I was paying for my room a second time, but the host was quick to clear it up. Another pleasant stay at this clean and quiet property.

Beautiful building, spacious unit. Finishes in room could use an upgrade, noisy AC unit, street noise. Clarify parking options before booking.

While the location is prime, the property itself is showing its age and the front desk staff are not fully engaged with the guest experience. For the price we paid, we expected cleaner common areas, more thoughtful communication, and daily housekeeping.

The property is nice and the staff I encounter was helpful. The restaurant has good food and drinks. My problem was my air conditioner didn't work for 2 days and it was 79 degrees in my room. The last day I encountered someone downstairs at the desk who helped me and sent someone to fix the air conditioner. Besides that only bad thing is the parking. But I would definitely stay there again hopefully they will take care of my two days I was burning up in the room
