Beautiful hotel. But bring earplugs! Every single sound is as though the person/thing is on your pillow. This includes everything from the tree frog outside our door, to neighbor above stomping at 330am to staff walking hallways talking. Truly a construction mistake for such a beautiful hotel.

Our carbon monoxide detector ran out of battery and started beeping at 2 in the morning. When laundry got started in the morning our room must have been directly above and shook the floor in our room. Was not a vibrating bed.

Lights in rooms did not work. No freezer in refrigerator. Bathroom had missing grout in on floor and shower was not clean enough. Carpets in hallway were dark and appeared not clean. The breakfast staff was excellent.
