The room itself was large and somewhat updated. But the shower was dirty and had cracked moldy tiles. The shower was poorly designed with a little step up and the curtain could not prevent the water from leaking all over the floor. The toilet had flushing issues (I had to hold down the flusher). Outside the room door, the walkway on the second floor was uneven and very dirty. The AC unit was very loud.

When I arrived I was given a room key for 319. I open it and someone was using the room. Tv was on and the bed was a mess. I head back to the front desk to let them know and he assigns me to another room. He literally picked a random room. Was not what I payed for. I go back again. No apology no good customer service. It took 3 attempts. The door opened knob wasn’t even installed correctly, you have to lift up or it won’t work. Shower was in bad condition, the room had a gross smell to it. Would not come here again.
