Nice room, close to the base and an extremely friendly staff!

This is by far the best ever hotel to stay at. Staff was very polite and respectful. Our family travels every other year to Augusta for Church conference. Even though we were there for 2 nights, it was well worth. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, full kitchen was well maintained. Outside was well maintained also. Front desk and front waiting area were very clean. I will stay here again on my next family trip.

It was the worst 4 days ever! Noisy refrigerator, toilet didn’t flush properly and I tried to contact management twice and no luck😏

Floors were dirty. Disorganized front desk. Musty smelling room. Breakfast bar was disgraceful, no pancake mix, no fruit, milk was spoiled, and drink dispenser was broken with no signage. Would not stay here again.

Jasmine was at the front desk when I arrived. She provided excellent customer service and was very pleasant.

The water view and close proximity to restaurants and shops The place was as pictured and some. Very quiet and relaxing place. Will definitely be booking again
