2 nite stay - the only recognition from the front desk staff was when we checked in. And she was barely civil. In-room amenities are marginal, 2 small thin bath towels, 2 smaller hand towels and wash cloths. Carpet is dirty - I spilled some water and put a towel down to mop it up,pressing down a few times- it came up pretty dirty. Yuck Area around the hotel is urban streets and parkings lots all around

Excellent staff and very helpful. Condition of facilities are declining, little things. My main issue was to paying a premium rate and not having hot water for days. I spoke with staff and manager on both days of my stay and they blamed it on demand. They were also unwilling to reduce my rate or make any concessions. I arrived in the early morning 1:30 and tried again at 6:00 still no hot water. I will seek another location for my next stay in Fairbanks.

Property did not honor the king room we paid for andnout us in a queen/twin room. They did not reduce the rate we paid which was higher than the queen/twin room. I booked 2 rooms, two reservation numbers. Told me to cintact expedia. Also, the building is very worn down. The window does not close and the area is very noisy. The only amenities they have are coffee and tea down stairs in the morning. I have zero expections that they will have milk or cream for the beverages. Not worth the nearly $300 per night.

Found door locked for security when tried to open door front desk visible thru window but still had to buzz in to tell them were checking in. Noticed surrounding businesses had padlock chains after closing . Did not feel very safe walking in neighborhood

Wonderful staff. Good location. Plenty of parking. Wonderful transportation through the hotel to the airport and local attractions. Lots of food options in the area. Hotel is ok, but our room was tiny, and needed Some sprucing up. No workout facilities.

Nothing special but a good location for ships, food and museums. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly but not openly helpful. There looked to be complimentary coffee set out in the morning but I had not been made aware of this when I arrived. I asked for suggestions of what to do with my first afternoon, they roundly really help. But in the whole did what it needed to do, be somewhere to sleep whilst I visited Fairbanks.

The hotel is located in downtown. It's right along the river.They had a nice river walk. It was close to shopping and a lot of places to walk and get food. There's a barbecue place right around the corner and an ice cream truck in the parking lot across the street from the barbecue place that stays open until 10 PM. The staff there always greeted us when we came in. Asked if we were having a good day, if we needed anything. Very friendly, nice. Our hotel room was clean. I felt very secure there. You have to use a key card to get into the building and also in order to use the elevator to go up to your floor. Enjoyed my stay

Great stay.

Great welcoming staff. The shower was really small. Which is only a big deal if you like a roomy shower. Apparently also the rooms upstairs had a normal size shower so just fyi. The rest of the property and room were great.
