This hotel is outdated. The rooms and hallway smelled like someone had been vaping. We killed 2 roaches in the bathroom. The shower head was super leaky and made a mess in the floor. The staff was nice. Safety latches on door were broken and the toilet seat was stained.

Just passing. Room was average nut not for this hotel. First stay at this chain and you could see not much attention paid to cleaning up breakfast area .

We were given a key to a room that was occupied. When we arrived in our new room, it was dirty, the furniture, paint, and decor were mismatched, and there were bugs on the ceiling. The shower was visibly damaged. The property was dingy and smelled like smoke, even though it is a non smoking property. The price was not good either. Terrible value for the money! This hotel is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

Our TV didnt work - after 10 mins of being on we did not get service - the door to the room had a large gap on the lock side and the bottom- the hall and elevators wreaked of marijuana - the pipe that lead to the tub spout was visible - the button to flush the toilet was under the countertop - poor planning .... and the caulking job around the tub looked like a child did it - Room 227 - the beds were comfy - room was fairly clean - flooring needs replacing in bedroom - towels were clean - no staff at front desk to check in - had to wait 15 mins to check in - asked for quiet room was given room across from elevator - when leaving for the day the cleaning staff entered the elevator prior to me and my aunt with cleaning carts rather than defaulting to customer - not good - wish I took photos

This Microtel is in need of a renovation. I normally stay at Microtel properties when traveling, and they have always been in great shape, clean and nice to stay at. This property is in very poor condition and is a slap to the Wyndham properties.

This property was conveniently located for our purposed. The front desk was seldom there. The housekeeping staff do a nice job but do not speak English. Our first room key did not work. The toilet backed up and the staff had it fixed fairly quickly. Generally the building inside is dated and run down, however the parking area and surrounding landscape is well maintained. We will not return to this property although it has inexpensive rooms.

Hotel needs a deep clean, bathroom faucets don't drain, air conditioner noisy and old, coffee area in lobby was not stocked or cleaned, felt like we were interrupting the staff from their phones or tv watching. Will definitely not return
