My room was very uncomfortable, the mattress was super hard and the room always had a smell of sewer. The refrigerator smelled and the even the sitting chair was uncomfortable. My neighbor decided that smoking weed was ok and my room smelled like weed too..I was on business. I booked on Expedia and was a member of Hilton I got a better rate. I was booked into a handicap room and it was terrible. I feel bed for the handicap people who have to stay in that dreadful room. They don’t even have automatic doors for handicap people. The morning staff was nice. The rest of the staff could use a class on customer service. Going to stay next store at marriot so much better!

Very Good Stay

This hotel offers a solid experience. The structure is great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the gym is a fantastic bonus—clean and well-equipped. The breakfast is also worth mentioning: plenty of tasty options and a good way to start the day. A major plus is the free car charger, which was super convenient! That said, one downside was the attitude of some staff members. At times, it felt as though they weren’t too happy to be there, which slightly affected the overall vibe. Thankfully, this didn’t overshadow the many positives. All in all, it’s a great hotel and definitely worth considering
