The hotel was really beautiful, breakfast was great very good selection, stuff are really friendly and helpful rooms are very clean, also great location only 3 min walk to the beach and loads of restaurants and shops options and close to bus stations travel to Fira. We had the best time as a family of three.

This was a pinch-me, I must be dreaming hotel. We had the suite with little pool that overlooked the caldera which gave us the most beautiful experience with the Santorini sunset! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we requested extra towels, or ice when I sprained my ankle. This may have been one of the best and unique hotel experiences I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing staff, front desk was super helpful, fantastic location, the location was so good sometimes we had to fight through the picture taking tourists from the cruise ships!

The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! The Santorini Secret Premium is the best hotel in Oia. Gorgeous location with people stopping by just to take pictures of it. Staff was amazingly helpful and catered to our every need at the hotel and with arranging transportation and sailing trip. A true gem.

We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Personalized service from Cleopatra (she's a gem!), luxury, privacy, convenience, etc...all good!
