The hotel was generally ok. On first entry it looked lovely. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming. The amenities were good, but overnight the pipe work in the hotel/room was loud (we were on the ground floor) - not sure if it was linked to the toilets but it did disrupt our sleep.

The room was great, breakfast was excellent and the staff were professional and friendly. Paying for car parking is unreal and not great for paying customers. Also, allowing dogs is fine but the owners need to be told about leaving their pets locked in the room barking

The wait for the evening meal was an hour, even though there were only 2 other guests in the restaurant. Evidently there are not enough staff on in the evenings. However, the staff could not do enough to be helpful and accommodating making my stay an excellent experience overall.

Room beautiful, night light in bathroom excellent addition. No complimentary biscuits sadly. Would have appreciated these rather than toothpaste etc. Slept well, liked AC to adjust room temp as and when needed. Disappointed with breakfast, arrived 25mins before end and very limited choices hot food, shortage of cutlery. Spoke to Hotel Staff on reception who advised ref best timings to ensure full menu available.
