The room was clean and comfortable. The beds and towels smelled fresh. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I slept well with my ear plugs. Walls very thin, could hear everything outside, above and some next door. Kids running around in room above us. Breakfast was overall good but surfaces hadn’t been wiped down in a while. There were no clean tables, they all had crumbs or sticky stains. The waffles were delicious but the one wafflemaker was impossible to flip and no one was around to help, half of the batter dripped out while it beeped loudly.

The first receptionist when checking in was very rude. She was not kind. But the place and rooms are spacious and everything is very clean and no weird smells from cleaning products. In the morning a different receptionist was kind and friendly. The room was quiet

It seemed nice, but the day we came back from hiking the redwoods, looking forward to soaking in the hot tub, we discovered the pool area was under construction. Our room was generally clean, but we did find some dirt left behind the bathroom door. We did like the little park area so we could hang out outside and chat for a bit. The staff were very nice, and the Continental breakfast was good and within our expectations. There were a few unhoused people wandering the area, but it's nothing new to us, and I didn't feel unsafe.

I booked this property months ago so i called a couple days ahead just to make sure everything was good before vacation time and the pool was out of order. Hot tub was still in working order. When i got to the property the pool and hot tub were not working and the were repainting. It dont care that they had to repaint but the fact that they are literally painting my doorframe as im walking in and out of my room is a little ridiculous. Then the office let me know a housekeeper saw my kiss holding kittens and going in my room. The kittens were my friend that was parked outside of my room visiting me. The kittens never left the parking lot. Their are cameras that can prove this but they are trying to tell me that they don't have access to their own cameras. This place is a money hungry joke, they will make things up and claim they have evidence just to charge you extra fees

The pool was not available due to construction on a holiday weekend. They offered to use the pool at a local gym as an accommodation which was not . They did not advertise that the pool wasn’t available. I walked in our room and it immediately smelled like cleaning chemicals and mildew.
