This is advertised as a hotel but is a motel. My daughter and I arrived at 9:30pm and there was no one there and instead, a sign to call a sister hotel. The light in front was blinking and I didn’t feel safe staying. I tried to get a refund through the hotel and Expedia as we did not stay and both refused. Absolutely terrible

Antonio at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. Greatly appreciate him and the rest of the staff.

The tea in the afternoon is a nice touch, The breakfast was really good. The room was very nice, We would definitely stay there again. However these things happen but they did not have any water on our last day so you couldnt even flush the toilets. Its located in a great area with lots to do,

My daughter and i had a girls night there and it was fabulous!! We will be back!
