1. There was no soap and toilet paper in the room. We had to ask 3 times and finally we were told we could get them from the reception. 2. The room was not sound-proof. Street noise was in the room till morning. We woke up several times.

There must have been a change in management. I stayed at acora Bochum before and it was fine. Now, the place seems run down and the room was dirty. The bed smelled bad (old man smell) and the coffee machine had old pods in it. Also, the room was super hot (although it was not hot outside) that you could only sleep with the window open. But there was construction somewhere and it was really noisy.

100% recommended!

We stayed in the family apartment. The bedroom was clean, spacious and comfortable. The main room was extremely spacious even with the sofa bed made up. The kitchen was well catered with a fridge and hob and any kit we needed to cater for ourselves. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. Hot food, cereals, fruit & pastries etc. along with a wide selection of teas and coffees. Will most definitely stay here again!
