Things went fine until breakfast. At breakfast there was no butter, no pepper, no maple syrup, no sugar, dry eggs, luke warm hot water for tea, and limited seating. A poor breakfast ruins the entire day.

I’m not sure if Pennsylvania allows ‘smoking’ motel rooms, but our room had a stale odor, like it had been a smoking room in the past. Our luggage, and even the clothes we hadn’t worn smelled like this. There were light bulbs that were out at the sink, one on the wall beside the full length mirror and it was very dim lighting in the bathroom.

The room was nice and a decent size. Has a fridge and microwave which was great since I brought water and other drinks with me. It is good location, directly across from the entrance to the casino/downs and not far from shopping and restaurants. Its close to the highway and although the description didn't indicate that breakfast was included, they did have free breakfast daily which was a great way to start your day early and head out to site see. Note: There is NO pool

I liked the convienince of its location...i was unhappy with the fact that 1. ...they charged me for another room when i tried to just change to a double queen from a king.....and then when we arrived...said room had a safe that was beeping non stop with an error...i called the front desk they said they would send maintenance..that they didnt have any other rooms avaliable ( they lied and i knew it ) because i checked and it was 10 o'clock at night i had a toddler trying to sleep....an hour later i went to the front desk very frustrated and it was a shift change ...the gentleman changed our room immediately. But that was it .

I would just like to add it was convenient to the highway, the casino. Still within distance to places to eat at the other exits, are close by. I would like to say the man that checked us in Adam was very polite, helpful, and gave us help when our tv was not working. He changed our room, and tried to help fix the tv. Hats off to Adam!!!! Great service.

Nice room but very dirty bathroom

When I first checked into into my room I was impressed. It was large and very nice. But then I noticed feces on the toilet seat and urine splatters on the floor around the toilet bowl. The shower also hadn't been cleaned very well. I had to clean the toilet beforeI could use it. Very unacceptable.
