Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is quiet and the bed and pillows are comfy, offering me sound sleep.

Very clean and accommodating. We arrived earlier then our check in. The staff allowed us to store our luggage.

The staff were very friendly. They offered a lot of tips on shopping and dining options a few meters away. Bed and pillows were extra comfortable.

It was a room for a stopover however, worn out carpets and beds, room had a smell and no aircon, just a fan to blow the smell around Beds were clean and to be fair price was good

Everything is priced. Very small room than pictured. Very bad neighbourhood. Not good for families.

Excellent location to visit Koln, right next door to the Cathedral, and a short walk to the padlock bridge, if arriving by train station, its a short walk and its also very close to lots of beer houses,the staff were extremely nice and helpful, would stay here agian without hesitation
