Clean room. Food was good. Very handy for airport

Dinner was great food and breakfast was sufficient. Staff are very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Generally a good hotel, well located for accessing Levi and the slopes. The 'premium' breakfast was good, although not amazing, and the spa/pool complex was a nice bonus, although we only made use of it once. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurants (specifically the pizza one) were excellent. Unfortunately we experienced noisy guests in the rooms on both sides of us, which we had to complain about. As for the family room we had, it was bright and clean, although the steep stairs to the mezzanine were treacherous, and the bathroom layout could have been better. All in all, we had a good stay that was marred by thoughtless guests in other rooms.

Food exemptional, big compliment to the kitchen. Location quiet and peaceful. Sauna should be not charged additional considering the price per night.

Grand room and grand panorama. Period. Off peak pricing is surprisingly good. Enough said. Just perfect.
