Really run down. Staff unhelpful and not friendly. Strange smell throughout that made you wonder what they were covering up.

Hotel advertised pool but it closes for renovations.

Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Close proximity to dining options.

This hotel would compete with 5 star hotels in any city in the world. The fact that it's located in BFE Ohio, AMAZING!!! Don't get me wrong, the town of Versailles is absolutely adorable, but I'd expect this hotel to be in NY, Vegas, Paris, Milan, Monaco etc. Absolutely Magnificent!!!

Very clean.

Breakfast staff were not friendly, cheerful nor welcoming. Breakfast itself was lower than subpar as guests were always waiting for something and often had to ask for things, like more creamers near the coffee, more yogurts, pancake mix to be added to the machine, always waiting on the hot dishes to be replenished. Either more help is needed or more efficient help. Breakfast was abysmal 2 days in a row.

Room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly.
