Great, welcoming staff. TV didn’t work. Not all electrical outlets worked. Some recent renovations were apparent, but it needs some TLC. Our room had a queen bed that sagged in the middle. When we let go of the edges, we collided in the middle—slightly amusing, but unexpected. The stay wasn’t too costly and sometimes you can book for less. it’s minimally passable. For just a bed and shower, I might book again—maybe.

The staff was amazing. She was very pleasant and gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. The room was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. We will definitely be staying here our next visit to Cape Breton. 👌👍

Old and worn. About what you should expect for the price

Overall, the hotel was okay, with very good food and friendly service. However, the room had a few issues, as the shower head was confusing to operate and the toilet would make a constant hissing noise after flushing. When we first entered, the room also felt a bit dull, and the AC was turned up too high, making it feel like a freezer. Other than these issues, we had a decent experience with the hotel.

The staff was great !! The food was fabulous. The only thing I would change would be the outdoor space.

The bed frame was definitely broken, the room was extremely small, the complimentary breakfast was literally the grossest eggs and toast. That was it.

Friendly staff. Nice room. Convenience in checking in and out. Quiet.
