Loved the elevator. Made it so much easier

Door to the room scratched so hard on the threshold that it was creating a groove into threshold. Bottom of door was held together by drywall screws. Also, there was a wash cloth draped over the shower curtain rod from a previous guest. Other than that, it was decent.

The room was clean and tidy. Although there was a listing of 24 hour front desk service, the doors to the office were locked before 8 AM. The A/C unit seemed to have a malfunction, as it would run for a few minutes, then quit for a while, then restart. But it did cool the room after a while. A coffee pot was supplied in the room, but it was a chore to use the short power cord to plug it into the one available outlet behind the dresser. Hot water was in short supply in the late afternoon, but was plentiful in the morning. The location on Central Ave. was very convenient as it was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The in-room refrigerator worked well.

This hotel is very old, outdated, not well maintained and dirty. It’s actually an old motel. The stand up shower was worse than a campground shower. Breakfast was not good. This is very over priced and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I feel very angry I spent my money here and it didn’t look like the photos.

There was never any facility available!? When we arrived via GPS, could not contact anyone or see any evidence of a room and/or cabin for us to stay in? Phone posted on a door was not in service.
